Terms of Use
This agreement applies to all products purchased on the XANDRA 3D Store.
Other than as is specified in this agreement, you must not redistribute the product files.
By purchasing a license to this product you gain the right to distribute ‘derivitive works’ that use this product (such as in creating video games, images, videos, movies etc).
All content sold on the Xandra 3D store is licensed to the buyer (who may be either an individual or company) for the lifetime right to use the content in developing an unlimited number of products and in shipping those products. The buyer is also licensed to make the content available to employees and contractors for the sole purpose of contributing to products controlled by the buyer. Each such product built using content purchased on the Xandra 3D store must be a standalone creative work (such a game, simulation, or video) in which content is merely a component and not the primary focus. For example, it may not be a content pack for distribution to engine users.
You must not redistribute direct portions of the Product such as code, blueprints or textures, even as part of your standalone works, and even if you have made modifications to them. These files are proprietary and intended for use only by licensed owners of the Product and their employees and contractors to create derivative works such as packaged game binaries or videos.
Examples of direct files of the Product that cannot be redistributed:
– Models and textures (such as .fbx, .blend)
– Unreal engine blueprints
– Code files (such as .cpp .h .cs)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Xandra3D Store Parties from and against any and all third party claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or accruing from the products on this store.
Except as represented in this agreement, all work sold on this store is provided “AS IS”. Other than as provided in this agreement, the Xandra 3D store makes no other warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties.
This Agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.
